**Job Title:** Senior Accountant

We are seeking a Senior Accountant to join our team in Oman. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing financial reports and statements, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Strong interpersonal skills and business acumen are essential for this role.

**Responsibilities:**

- Manage the full accounting cycle up to finalization for our Industrial Products Trading Firm.

- Prepare and analyze financial reports such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

- Monitor and manage cash flow, including reconciling and managing bank accounts.

- Coordinate with banks to secure financing as required by the firm.

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, including VAT preparation and filing.

- Collaborate with sales and logistics teams for timely invoicing and payment follow-ups.

- Prepare budgeting reports on a monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual basis.

- Assist in financial forecasting and variance analysis.

- Implement and maintain financial controls to uphold data accuracy and integrity.

- Work with internal teams to optimize financial processes and support business growth.

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

- 4-5 years of proven experience as a Senior Accountant, preferably in industrial products trading.

- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.

- Experience with cash flow management, cash reconciliation, and bank reconciliation.

- Familiarity with Management Information Systems (MIS).

- Excellent communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.

- Experience in VAT preparation and filing.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
